These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ValueThinking Dubai platform and services operated by Doubled Ventures – FZCO (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Our platform helps real estate agencies in the UAE manage inquiries, provide customer support, schedule and confirm property viewings, and maintain CRM records. Features may evolve; we may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with UAE law.
• Do not send spam, promotions, or unsolicited marketing via our platform.
• Do not misuse the platform to share personal data beyond what is necessary for service.
• Comply with WhatsApp and Twilio policies and guidelines at all times.

4. WhatsApp Use & Consent

You must obtain explicit consent from a customer before initiating WhatsApp communication. Messages must remain service-oriented (e.g., confirmations, reminders, updates). You must respect opt-out requests immediately. We may suspend access if we detect violations of these requirements or of WhatsApp/Twilio policies.

5. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for securing any access credentials to the platform.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers, including Twilio, to deliver communications and support our platform. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party networks or services.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of business arising from your use of the services.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party policies (including WhatsApp/Twilio), or if necessary to protect the platform or users.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Venue and jurisdiction will lie with the competent courts in the UAE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
