Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details: first name, last name, phone number, WhatsApp name.
• Preferences & inquiry details: budget, move-in date, desired area/community, description/notes.
• Household info (where relevant): children, pets, smoker (self-declared).
• Citizenship/residency details (for matching local requirements).
• Communication records: messages exchanged (including via WhatsApp through Twilio), timestamps, delivery/read metadata.
• Consent records: opt-in/opt-out status, channel (e.g., WhatsApp), timestamps, and related metadata.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data beyond what you provide voluntarily for service purposes.

We contact you on WhatsApp only after your explicit opt-in. Messages are limited to service/support content (e.g., answering questions, confirmations, updates). Outside the 24-hour service window, we use approved templates as required by WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time.

We process personal data based on your consent, for performance of a service you request (responding to your inquiry and arranging viewings), and to fulfill our legitimate interests in providing and improving our services, provided such interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions:

• Twilio, to deliver WhatsApp messages and related communications.
• Hosting, storage, analytics, and security providers that support our platform.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Where data is processed outside the UAE, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPL requirements.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Inactive records may be archived securely or anonymized.
